AHU Template Readiness

The template defines the fields. Each equipment selection stores its own editable values.

Equipment Manufacturer Model Number CFM Cooling Type Heating Type Fan Control Ventilation

Template Defaults

Controller Template

Choose the controller manufacturer and model number. This controls the generated terminal drawing.

Controller Drawing Template

Silhouette Coverage

Green models have a source-backed exact template. Yellow models have official documents linked but still need full terminal and silhouette verification. Everything else is still profile-based draft output.

Product Library

Products are the controls-side parts used for schedules, pricing, and exports.

Product Detail

Select a product to view what will be scheduled or priced.

Tools

Utilities that help check the project without replacing the main workflow.

Point CalculatorEstimate controller capacity from AI, BI, AO, and BO totals.
Wire Schedule HelperReview wire type, conductors, and sensor wiring notes.
Controller MatcherSuggest controllers based on point totals and product line.

Tool Output

Open a tool to see the live project check.

Customer Account

Create the customer account once, then use the same email and password to sign back in from this workspace later.

Full name, company, and industry are required when creating a new customer account.

Premium Per User

Choose monthly or annual access for one professional using estimating, sensors, review, drawings, and export from the same managed customer account.

  • Monthly access at $399 per user
  • Annual access at $4,399 per user

Demo Video

Watch BAS Control Builder run from new project to PDF export.

This real-app walkthrough shows project setup, upload review, equipment import, sensors, review approval, Red LINING drawings, terminal assignment, and the final PDF export.

Create an account or log in before viewing the demo video.

Email Support

Use this when the instructions do not answer the issue. Choose the step, describe what happened, and send it from the signed-in account.

This sends your support request to Andres. If sending is unavailable, copy the text instead.

How To Enter A Help Request

  1. Your Email: this shows the signed-in account Andres will reply to. If it says to sign in, go to Account first.
  2. What step are you on? choose the screen where the problem happened, such as Equipment Builder or Sensors & Points.
  3. What issue are you having in that step? write what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include the equipment tag or project name when you can.
  4. Send Email: sends the support request to Andres from the app.
  5. Copy Email Text: copies the same support request if sending email is unavailable.

Loading Sensors

If you do not know how to load sensors, use this order. Sensors are saved by equipment target, signal group, selected points, and wiring details.

Single Unit Or Single Point

  1. In Same Type Units / Save Target, choose the exact equipment tag, such as AHU-1.
  2. Choose one signal group, such as AI for analog inputs or BO for binary outputs.
  3. Use Points when you want to check individual points one by one.
  4. Check one point for a single-point save, or check several points in the same signal group for a batch save.
  5. Set Wire Type, Conductors, Signal, and Relay Contact if shown, then click Save Selected Points.

Group Save For Repeated Units

  1. Use an All same type option in Same Type Units / Save Target when repeated units need the same points.
  2. Choose the signal group and check the points that should apply to every unit in that group.
  3. Click Save Checked To Group to copy the checked points to all matching units.
  4. Use this for repeated VAVs, bypass dampers, pumps, or other units that share the same point package.
  5. After saving, review one unit and use Approve Same Type when the repeated group is correct.

Points Tab

Use Points for normal sensor loading. Select All Visible is a shortcut for every point currently shown by the group and filter. Clear resets the checked list before you save.

Dual Sensors Tab

Use Dual Sensors when one physical product covers multiple points, such as temperature plus humidity. Pick the dual sensor product, click Queue Covered Points, then review the covered points and save them.

Saved List

The saved list is your confirmation. Edit reopens a saved point, Remove deletes it, and Show Saved or Collapse controls whether the saved rail is visible while you keep loading points.
